According to the news released by the Secretariat of the China Fluorosilicone Organic Materials Industry Association recently, China's polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) production capacity has reached 208,100 tons/year, accounting for about 67% of the world's total production capacity, ranking first in the world. This data not only reflects the strong strength of China's fluorine chemical industry, but also indicates the huge potential of China's PTFE market.

According to statistics, China's PTFE production in 2023 will be 178,900 tons, among which various products such as suspended resins, medium granules, dispersed resins and concentrated liquids have achieved steady growth. Shandong Dongyue, as an industry leader, ranks first in the world in PTFE production capacity. In addition, Zhonghao Chenguang, Juhua Group, Jiangxi Liwen and other companies also occupy an important position in the global production capacity ranking.

The rapid development of China's PTFE market is due to many factors. On the one hand, the vigorous development of China's manufacturing industry has provided a broad application space for chemical materials such as PTFE; on the other hand, the Chinese government's support policy for the new materials industry has also injected strong momentum into the development of the PTFE industry.
